I was so surprised at the array of food provided for the free breakfast, the location couldn’t have been more perfect and all the staff were kind, helpful, and so polite. I don’t believe you could find better value anywhere else.

location was great, just meters from the Yamanote line and 12-14 min from Shinjuku and Shibuya. Very decent free breakfast included. staff was corteous and attentive to requests.

Great breakfast, fun neighborhood and so close to the train station. The accessibility can't be beat. Not to mention if you stay out past the last train a cab isn't all that bad.

Nice little hotel and I'm happy to see that they're now supplying firmer bean pillows. Used to be those that are so soft that gave me neck pain. Simple breakfast in the morning of simple onigiri, salad, soup, coffee, tea and pastries.

Very close to train station, ok Asian breakfast but close to lots of good restaurants. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Has a coin operated laundry and dryer
